1. Called 833-428-1765 for Costco TMobile and was told that the promo ends tomorrow.
2. And also that if I did upgrade my line with the Moto Edge 5G, that I'll have to use activate the new sim and will have to switch to the new moto phone. When asked for additional details, he was unclear and came back to me saying that as long as I have the line active I should be good. Seemed weird as to why he brought this up.
My last one... they claimed they never received it. They called me a liar on the phone... it was a mess, the guy even hung up on me. I got called back immediately by the manager and I am pretty sure the guy got fired... that was not my intent. It was for a $600 credit!!!!!!
Finally I found the tracking info... they claim they have no records of sending me the pre paid packing slip and I PROVED to them that I did send them a phone. BUT HANG ON... they tell me that they still need to verify if I sent them a phone or an empty box... THIS TOOK 3 WEEKS before they finally admitted that they have my PHONE!!!
The hours trying to get my $600 credit on the phone... the crazyness...
