I just registered with the BB sim and immediately offered the 120-day deal, so I may go ahead and order one, but I can't decide which one. Leaning toward the Plus, but the S23 at only 168g very tempting as I'm coming from a heavy iPhone11 Pro at 188g.
So you got a fi sim from BB and registered as a new user and account, and got this offer in your account ? Sorry for the dumb question, new in this

Yes, I bought the $10 sim from BB, put it in my iPhone11 Pro, launched the Fi app, and followed the instructions to register, pay, and start the account. When I click on Store in the Fi app, it takes me to the phones, and the S23-128 is listed for $399. When I click on the Info link next to the offer, it states the deal is contingent on 120 days service.

Before I registered, I was seeing the 24-monthly-billing deal. I'm going to wait for a couple of days before I order a S23 to let the Google accounting system get my registration set up so they can match my order with my account.

I just hope the "banana blur" is fixed with the camera!

Read posts in the last few days for my detailed instructions on how to do that.

Good to hear it turned out OK for you. But a few people in last year's S22 deal for existing members ordered the S22 too soon and had their promotion screwed up (see attachment). I didn't want people who used my advice to run into that problem and get mad at me, so I suggested that they wait 2-3 days..
I ran into this dread issue and CS straight up told me I wasn't eligible. I'm returning it. Do you know what happens if you return and re-buy on the same account?

In February, this was the same price with a free upgrade to 512GB, but I still think this is a good price.

You can return the phone, and reorder if you still have an active line. If not, create a new Google account and start the process again.

Last November, there was an S22 Deal for past/current Fi members that required only 30 days of service. If you were no longer active but had service in the previous 180 days, you just needed to port in a number (see attachment). For this deal, I don't see that language. Log into your old Fi account to see if you're offered the discount under SHOP, or have an option to Rejoin. If you don't see either, might want to contact Fi support and ask.

Do you have to wait for return to process or can I buy it before that?

I'd wait until the (return) order had been cancelled before ordering again. Fi is pretty quick with processing the return of an unopened phone. Earlier this year, I returned an S22 because it arrived the same day the new S23 Fi deal became available. Fi issued an RMA and a FedEx return label. I drove to my local FedEx station to ship it. By the time I got back home, Fi sent an email that they were notified by FedEx of the package acceptance, and already issued a refund. That was lightning quick.

How did you activate the sim you purchased? When i try to activate it via the Fi app it takes me to plan options and it seems like they will be sending another sim. How do I get the sim I purchased to work instead of them sending me a new one? Help will be appreciated. Thanks
I didn't get the "I already have a SIM" option, so they're sending me another sim, but whatever, I'm not really going to use this (and if I do decide to switch, I'll have to keep this line for 120 days even if I port my phone #). I have a bill finally showing under billing as 'finalizing' so I'm going to wait a bit more for it to finalize and then order

After the Fi app said they would be sending you another SIM, how did you proceed with activating the BYOP SIM that you bought? Another forum member asked me that via Private Message, but when I did it last November and used the web site instead of the Fi app, I selected the "I already have a SIM" option and didn't have to deal with the SIM they were going to send to me.

How do I get the 10-dollar credit for the BYOD sim, it doesn't show on my account.

Also, they are shipping another sim card to me, do I cancel it?
I didn't get the option to select "I already have a sim" on the app.

Regardless I can see the deals on the app, I will wait a few days before ordering.

The S23 will cost 399.99 + 80 - 20 (referral bonus).
So basically $460 excluding taxes, which is a decent deal.

Also, OP should edit the S23 storage details, I thought it was 256GB for 400 before ordering the sim.

I put it in my phone and got a notification from the Fi app that I need to activate it, so I did. I may have missed the "I have a SIM" option, but I went through the process twice (not activating fully the first time) to see if there was a way to not have them send me another SIM. I did it on the phone.

I did the BYOP Fi SIM process near the end of last November to take advantage of an S22 Deal that required only 30 days of service. I don't know if you didn't see the "I already have SIM" option because you were using the Fi app and it's not "full-featured" like on the web site, or Fi made a change. I didn't have to do anything to get the $10 Fi credit for the BYOP SIM. It was automatically added to my account. See attachments below.
