That's an awesome deal on the 10" + 12" set. It's a shame it doesn't come with lids, but if you need fry pans, they are a great place to start, and you could collect other pieces over time that share the same lid size (you can call or write All-Clad and they'll tell you, or you can check their website for pan diameters). Or if you really want the lid, just get the 12" with lid for $10 less [homeandcooksales.com]. You don't necessarily need 2 fry pans.

As always, check out the All-Clad Pots & Pans Advice sticky thread where I've been collecting everybody's common questions about this sale, about All-Clad and the differences between the different lines, plus the pros and cons of each and what not to buy on this sale. Your continued feedback has made it pretty robust.

Check All-Clad Warranty Contact Information on their website. That's the same address as homeandcooksales.com on their contact information. Also the email address is also from the domain of their parent company Group Seb.

I think sauté pans come with lids and fry pan do not.

Echoing that it's a great value, but that there's some overlap in that most people won't need both sizes.

Yea this is a crazy good deal. I would be in for one if I didn't already own the 12". If you are looking at getting top of the line cookware, this is a tremendous deal.

The "Terms and conditions" you have to agree not to sue or file a class action lawsuit. What are they afraid of? Seems fishy. I'll skip this one.

I have ordered from them multiple times and always get items as described. They are probably just making sure that people that don't know how to use them don't sue them because their expensive cut of meat got ruined by their pans...

It's because they just lost a class action lawsuit and have to replace everyones D5 pots and pans due to them not being dishwasher safe. I spent ~600 on a full set of their pots and pans. 2 years later all of the edges edges have washed off and are razor sharp due to washing in the dishwasher. I'm in the process of getting everything traded out.

So are they just clearing out the old inventory?

Is this one listed on Amazon a newer version of the same set?

How does Kitchen Aid stack up against this sale? Available at Costco, SS 3 ply and 5 ply.

From the site:

"Please read carefully! The products which are for sale on this site are FACTORY SECONDS. They have minor cosmetic scratches and/or dents. There are no defects which will affect the cookware's performance. All products sold through this site are genuine All-Clad products, even if the engravings typically found on All-Clad products are not present."

Sorry, but that's a "trust me bro" disclaimer if I ever saw one.
