This is REALLY good for pet hair. My only gripe is that it's a little awkward to store and charge since there is no dock and it doesn't really stand up so you pretty much just have to lay it on it's side and plug it in when you need to recharge it. Other than that my refurb, like most shark refurbs I've bought looked basically new, had the serial number blacked out and works great. No complaints other than I wish I could stand it up in a corner or mount it somewhere instead of under the bed!
