Thank you! According to CCC, this is the lowest it's been for a little while.
To save someone else time, here is what I learned:
This deal is for the DG5121, which is for the impact driver.
There is another (almost identical) holster, DG5120, which is for the drill.
Oddly enough, Dewalt's own website only lists the DG5121 (this deal).

I therefore conclude what everyone else would--
This is a good deal and the DG5120 is a conspiracy.
