One of the best supplements to take and I cant take it because it makes my hair fall out.
Have you personally experienced hair loss from taking creatine? My quick Google search pulled up that the connection between hair loss and creatine is based on 1 single study that hasn't been further researched.

I held out on using it for decades due to the potential DHT increase until a week ago, when I started using some I got from Nutrex in a deal recently posted on here. Man, the results for my workouts and muscles were incredible, and I felt like a complete raging maniac. The front of my hairline, right in the middle in the widow's peak, felt like it was tingling and kind of burning. It looked like my hair was thinning.
There may be some variation among people, but my experience was that the experienced effects were entirely consistent with the 56% increase in DHT or whatever it is that a study found during the loading phase. Not everyone is going to be DHT-sensitive and it won't make your hair fall out if you don't have androgenic allopecia, but if you do, yeah, it's a thing. It sucks because the effects were awesome.

Is that only during the loading phase? If so, could you not just stick to lower doses and "load" more gradually?
