Be wary of cooking on enamel surfaces and not pure metal. As long as you don't scratch the surface with metal utensils, you will be alright, but it's easy to do by accident

Rust. At least my Blackstone is prone to rusting, even though I kept it covered.
This thing does not come with a lid, a lid is about $100. And a soft cover is also 50-60.
Looking at the blackstone36" at BJs for $400 that comes with a lid, and soft cover and has better build I would assume, this does not seem very slick if you keep in mind the cost of the lid and softcover that are a must for this thing to stay in good shape. Amazon needs to sell this for $120 - $140 for it to make sense vs the competition.
