First, the limit is 100 Wh. This translates to about 27,000 mAh for standard cells but if you have cells stacked in series the limit would be less.
Second, the limit is for carry-on. You don't check lithium rechargeables, period. (If one decides to go into runaway in the passenger compartment people will deal with it, the power limit is to limit how bad it can get given that it will probably just have to burn out, on-board resources typically will not suffice to extinguish it. If one goes into runaway in the baggage compartment nobody will know and they'll be facing a baggage fire.)
TSA carry-on baggage: Yes, Maximum capacity: 27,000 mAh.
This product 60,000 mAh
You nailed it!

LifePo4 means this is far safer and will last much longer in terms of number of cycles, charge retention, and just overall longevity of the bank.
I hope a large company can make a 99wh version soon so it can be brought on a plane.
