Carry-on yes, checked baggage no. Maximum size for checked baggage is 27,000 mAh (this is 60,000 mAh).
Completely wrong.

First, the limit is 100 Wh. This translates to about 27,000 mAh for standard cells but if you have cells stacked in series the limit would be less.

Second, the limit is for carry-on. You don't check lithium rechargeables, period. (If one decides to go into runaway in the passenger compartment people will deal with it, the power limit is to limit how bad it can get given that it will probably just have to burn out, on-board resources typically will not suffice to extinguish it. If one goes into runaway in the baggage compartment nobody will know and they'll be facing a baggage fire.)

Definitely get the refurb bluetti. Higher capacity, more connectivity (AC, 12V), pretty much same price. Bigger though.

Pretty sure this is about twice the maximum of carry on battery.

This is LifePo4 which makes this deal far, far more intriguing. Most of the LifePo4 banks are rather very large and not meant for a regular backpack or bag.

LifePo4 means this is far safer and will last much longer in terms of number of cycles, charge retention, and just overall longevity of the bank.

I hope a large company can make a 99wh version soon so it can be brought on a plane.

Please don't put objects that are prone to catch fire (ANY battery packs) into places inaccessible during flight (checked bags).

The limit for battery packs in checked baggage is 0.

The question was "can I bring this on a plane," my answer was, "yes you can bring it on a carry on, no you can't check it." Sounds like I was completely right.
TSA checked baggage: No
TSA carry-on baggage: Yes, Maximum capacity: 27,000 mAh.

This product 60,000 mAh

You nailed it!

In the owner's manual via the XT60 connector on the front.
