Had this charger. Died under warranty. MP replaced. replacement died shortly after. This is a defective product. Monoprice will not honor a replacement.

Just curious about their warranty procedure. Did they make you send it in and pay for shipping or just send you a replacement?

False info. Any smartphone will charge decently fast at 18W and the Pixel 7 in particular even in fast charging mode maxes out at 21~23W.

It's a fine deal on a decent charger but I wouldn't call it a particularly noteworthy deal or a particularly impressive product. It will work fine to charge a laptop and a phone at good speeds which is all that most people want.

Monoprice charger is the worst charger you can get, I had older version and fail pretty far and I didn't even use it that much, same experience as other mention in this thread. You can get any no brand name charger better than this.

I am returning this product due to failure (about 3 months of light use). They sent me a FedEx return label, no cost to me.

Had this product less than 3 months before it failed. I see at least one other person here with the same problem.

I wasn't using it very much or very heavily when it failed. Not saying this is the norm, but I wouldn't recommend it.

That being said, I can't complain about Monoprice service. They got back to me very quickly and sent me a FedEx label to send in for the return and exchange.

I would stay away from Monoprice chargers. Two of mine failed just shortly after the one year warranty expired.
