PBT has a somewhat grainy feel at first and settles into a grippy feel after time. They will not shine as easily but they can warp during the casting process as they cool and shrink. This was a bigger issue a few years ago and you would rarely see double shot PBT caps. They have made the process better but some PBT caps you can feel the legends as the plastics have cooled at different rates leaving a raised or sunken feeling. If you see cheap PBT caps they are now likely due sublimation coated for color. This can rub off over time, but on caps made in the past 5 years this has gotten really good and they are on par with any double shot caps.
For the fact that these are double shot and PBT I would say this is a steal. I own over 50 keycap sets of all plastics as a collector and while I don't have Razer they look like they are good quality.
