These are not able to run Windows 11 and are DDR3. i3 of the last few years will outrun this computer with support for modern hardware. Windows 10 support ends in little over two years from now, EOL date is Oct 15, 2025. You're at best paying for a GTX-1660 Super.

You can install W11 on any computer that came with at least windows 7 on it. Probably more.
You can upgrade, but not recommended. Just do a clean install of W11.
It takes less than 10 minutes to google it and perform the tasks needed… 15 minutes if you don't know computers… /s

It's not janky. It's very easy. Some computer gurus just figured out how to get passed Microsoft's bs excuse to try and force everyone to buy a brand new computer to have an up-to-date Windows experience.
That teeny registry edit could save jillions of pounds of e-waste… I'd say the vast majority of people don't need more than one of these old pcs…
