Costco's Kirkland Kirkland Signature Nature's Domain Cat Food 18 lbs., Item 570940, $36.99 and usually only sold on their website was marked at $15.
This was at the Costco Southern California Tustin Ranch (5 Fwy/Tustin Ranch Road or Jamboree) store. They had maybe a dozen more on the shelf/rack right above. We were also at the Irvine Spectrum location right before and didn't see this product there, although honestly wasn't looking for it.
We only noticed it because of the $15 price sign and I know that it's at least $35 with free shipping since we've bought it before. Our cats are meh/ok with it, but they're picky princesses; however the price at $15 was good, so they get to have that with their canned food.
