This new model is missing: 4 USB 3.0 ports and Audio jack inout/output. In fact it has no ports.

Feels like a rather significant difference to me.

$270 seems somewhat high nowadays for 27" IPS 1440p. Despite the lower PPI, I rather get the Dell G3223D that's gone for $300 before
