rtings.com says the Dell is much better for most people, unless HDR is important to you because the Dell is brighter but the MSI has better color and the Dell's always-on-in-HDR local dimming is "terrible" (their word).

I went to the Dell home page by clicking in the top left corner and was prompted with the email sign up offer. Took maybe 30 minutes to get the email with a 10% coupon code. There's still a Chase offer for 5% cash back on Dell also.
