Unless you're looking for Sony quality - these TV's are crowd pleasers. Not recommended as a monitor. Nice feature is the Alaexa skill to link your Wyze Security cams. Hoping for a deal on a 55" but also hoping for a stronger FireTV baked in. These ones do the job but are not speed demons. Definitelt worth $75 bucks.

Do yourself a favor and get a 1080p set instead like the TCL 3 series that has gone on sale for $100. No one should be buying a 720p anything in this day and age.

At 32" you can't tell across the room. This is 25% cheaper and your stance is case dependent at best and downright wrong at worst

You can tell a difference at normal viewing distance though and that's the point. 720p to 1080p is a big jump up and I've seen it with my own eyes countless times and have been doing the AV thing for most of my 48 years. I don't know why people keep saying it makes no difference and what exactly they are basing it on since it is visually apparent to anyone with average eyesight but it's wrong info to tell people and should be called out. They only sell these low res sets for people who don't know any better since those that do will wait until they can afford $20 more, which is essentially negligible.

Your experience "doing the AV thing" makes you an outlier from the general population. For many people, they would very likely NOT be able to notice (or more importantly, care) on most input sources at 32" size from a normal viewing distance. This is a solid deal for what it is.

Just trying to give people good info rather then telling them it's not a noticeable difference when it absolutely is 100%.

Seems like the best deals right now are around 128. Price in cart:

For what it's worth, it appears the panel in the 2022 model is made by TCL & the other componets by Samsung. Don't know if that holds true for the 2023 model.
