That's why you actually have to measure your head. Mine is 56 cm, and it's a perfect fit for me. I bought three of these helmets yesterday and two in the past.

Yeah, it's not as aero, but it definitely works. I use mine for road without the visor and I've had no true complaints.
On the helmet itself, I've broken two last year in crashes during local competitions. They're perfect for that, they're pretty cheap, so replacing them is no problem, and they have mips and are rather comfortable.

Although that's not an excellent score, it's still a great value. And the concussion protection is most important, which this scores well in.
