Yeah if you're ingesting that much erythritol it's best you stop. A bar a day(6mg)is well below the 30mg that study was based on, and 10-15mg daily is widely considered safe.

Blueberry Muffin is also my favorite, at least after they discontinued Cinnamon Roll. No Amex for me though.

Stay away from the lemon. It's terrible and I can usually force down most protein bars. Those I cannot.
