Go through Samsung Triple A (AAA) Rewards site. Only verification needed is first name, last name, and zip code. After you are taken to the Samsung store page, click TV tab at the top. Click through scrolling pages until the one for "$400 off OLED" which has the stock image for the s90c. Clicking this will take you to the s90c page and you see the discounted prices for the different sizes. The 65" is $1574.99.
Honestly seems like some kind of price error where it thinks it is the s95b or something. I ordered 2 days ago and already did pick up at Best Buy yesterday. I know there is some discussion about 2nd gen panels, if someone tells me how to assess that I will check the one I picked up from Best Buy has 2nd gen.
