These will likely be gone by BF.

Just buy the dang thing if you want one. You won't find a price any lower.

Sure seems like they are clearing out these TVs like the C3. Think we will see the same price around BF? Looking to get one for Christmas but don't want to buy this early.

I really need the 55" to go on sale. My local Conn's store has a 55" LG C3 for $900 (and I have a C1 that I like), but I really want a Samsung for my bedroom to pair with my Atmos Samsung soundbar. I've been making offers on Greentoe but no luck so far.

I'm in the same boat for the S90D. Waiting for $1200 range.

While I WANT it... I don't necessarily NEED to replace my 8 year old B5.

I posted in the other thread...but I've read that Q-symphony does not work well with higher end soundbars, so you/me/us should not base our TV pairings based on being able to pair soundbar/tv by brand.

Just my 02 cents. However, I'm still looking to replace my B5 wit an S90D, once I see $1200 range.

I have a Q80C, and I think it sounds better using Q-Symphony. It's not a lot better, but it's a little better. I wouldn't make my decision solely on that, but if the prices are close, I'd rather have the option than not.

I picked up the S90C 83 inch at BB for $2,500 with a small price match, then got the BB 15% reward offer on top. I know it's a different panel, but it's a great deal and I'm a happy camper! 😃

I can't wait to get it on the wall for an immersive experience!

If you buy through Samsung and pick up at best buy can you get a geek squad warranty to cover burn-in?

Can't do DTS. Just a downstep to 2.1 compressed. Basically useless unless all you do is watch Netflix and YouTube which if that's the case why are you buying a high end OLED? LG can decode DTS and has Dolby Vision. Why bother with this when 70% of film, TV and anime at 5.1 and higher won't pass through audio. I bought and returned this thing. Switched to the C4 and will never go back to Sammy until they stop tagging their OLEDs as ewaste from the factory for stuff like this. A smart TV that can't act as a receiver for your stereo system isn't a smart TV. No one owns receivers anymore. If you use Emby/Plex this isn't the TV for you. You'll be infinitely frustrated. If you plan to pipe in AV signals from a console/bluray player and out to speakers over eArc you'll have a bad time as literally nothing comes out the other end unless you lossy downmix it.

No Dolby TrueHD over e-ARC? e-waste.
