PS: VZ trade in offer is better than samsung. They're offering $1000 for a 2019 note 10+. Samsung is only giving $300 for it.
edit: samsung customer rep said I can trade it in as long as I keep the account on vz paying on the old phone. Also found this thread on vz forums that confirms:
