For me, they give 5JS5CPMN4A and it worked.
A deductible is only charged if you choose to pay for the more expensive theft and loss coverage and your phone is lost or stolen. That deductible is $199 for Tier 4 devices.

I wonder if I buy a Fold 5 from Spectrum, if I can still sign up for Samsung Care+. Seems like you have to buy it from samsung.com though.
Then chat again trying to get $50 code for my relative, got a generic code.
So YMMV, just trying and trying.
I saved $50 for the phone (generic) & $50 for the watch(unique).
