Used the Educ discount on a few accounts with different email providers, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo mail.

It looks not as much as a glitch but as something intentional for the order/sale to go through. - If your birthday is in August and you had it saved in your Samsung profile, you should have gotten or will get an e-mail with an extra $25 off discount which can stack with the above codes

trade-ins are not the deals people think they are. you're generally giving up a perfectly useable device, and still forking over $800+ for a new one, when it shouldn't cost that much in the first place. you're all being scammed.
BTW, I shipped out my Trade-In on Friday. It's due for delivery in TX on Tuesday. We'll see how long it takes for them to verify/confirm. Hopefully no more than 2 weeks.

I don't know that it will delay the trade in notification somehow.

All you have to do is 1. make sure the tracking# shows it was delivered. 2. (never had to go this far) Have proof the phone you sent in was working.
I just go on chat, and the rep will pretty much take care of it for you, and get it approved.

Yeah out of myself and 2 other friends, 2 have zeroed out. They said they are still waiting for order confirmation from Samsung and can take 10 to 45 days ... Im guessing if yours didn't track automatically, you'll have to fight with them and they will likely deny the CB in the end by saying one of the following:
- doesn't apply to preorders
- you used an unapproved coupon
- some other BS
I preordered Yellow Z Flip 5 and GW 6 Classic, originally was shipping later but now shows both arriving on Aug 18. Anyone else have the same?
