Wait till the Holidays. I don't see any good deals on Samsung's unpack went to be honest and it seems like there are less free items than the previous years.

I'll wait until later for a better deal.

$205 for S8 -> S9 doesn't do it for me.

I never had issues either, until I traded my s22 ultra (in pristine condition) for the s23 ultra earlier in the year. After they got my trade in, they claimed screen was cracked and lowered the value significantly. I knew it wasn't and I know how to pack things so they don't break. So I asked for it back, and lo and behold it wasn't cracked. They also didn't return the s-pen. I ended up selling it on ebay and getting more for than Samsung offered

I've started filming every time I trade something in now. I mean film the quality pictures of it as you box it up turn it on all this kind of stuff meaning that whatever happens after the fact that you ship it is done by UPS or the delivery people and always get insurance.

I have stepped on a beehive 12 times, and I never got stung by a bee. Does that mean everyone who steps on a beehive won't get stung? Just because YOU didn't have an issue doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

I sent a phone that had only been used once and was in perfect condition and they rejected it claiming it was blacklisted. Was a total lie and just a made up excuse to get out of paying for the trade in.

Weird how last year and this year the cost of the S+ tablet is pretty cl9se to the middle of the S and ultra but they are offering the same trade in value for the S and S+. It really seems that lately samung isn't interested in selling phones or tablets

Trading in my iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen (2018) for the S9+. Came out to $425, not too shabby. Have had my iPad for 5 years, battery kinda wearing out but still smooth for media consumption and web browsing.

I believe the S9 series, all screens are dynamic refresh rate, meaning they can go from 60-120hz which helps in battery life. The S8 and below were solid 120hz all the time or you set it to 60hz.
