I am using Red Pocket and signed 1 year plan. Their service is terrible. Very poor IT system and customer support.
Its own official website has another sales: 20GB/month $240/year

I've been using them nearly five years now. Support has been helpful -- most of the time. Sometimes you get someone who has no idea what they're doing but that is typical of any company.

The CDMA service is sometimes unusably slow if there is high volume since you're at the back of the line for access to towers. So I run into that when I go to the local major shopping area on the weekends (live in a small town). But service is otherwise unremarkable.

Do they have an eSIM option for us iPhone 14 users?

Also, prices on the Redpocket website have dropped. Those have eSIM as well as free roaming in Canada and Mexico.

They do, I purchased the cheapest plan ($30 200/1000/200) from eBay, they first mail me the sim, and then after activation you can choose switch to esim online, but they will charge like about $3 for esim, if you chat with online agent they may help you switch to esim for free

If you go to the ebay site and select "renewal", price is same deal price.

I had to search specifically for information on CDMA (verizon) because they don't mention it ANYWHERE on their eSIM pages. Finally found: "eSIM is available on the Red Pocket Mobile GSMA and GSMT networks.
eSIM for CDMA is not yet available."

Have been using redpocket for 2 years now. They do not adhere to the stated renewal date, it will change every month regardless of what is listed on your account page. Once, they delayed renewal for an extra 21 days, continuing to provide unlimited calling and texting, but cutting my data speeds to a crawl after the 10 gigabytes of high speed had been consumed. Had to call and get that fixed. They renewed 10 days early the next month.

Every 5 or so months, one or more of the numbers on my plan will lose mobile data entirely until I call support to get it fixed. Rebooting the phone only fixes it for an hour. They also removed visual voicemail from two of my lines at some point, despite it being included for free with iPhones. I attempted to purchase it again for a dollar each. They took the money, reactivated it, then refunded me the money.

Actual service reception is decent. Not blazing fast, but usually enough to do whatever I need. Some areas have dead spots with no data, but calls and texts still work. I use the GSMA (ATT) version. I highly doubt that the reception and speeds would be different from any other ATT MNVO, and Redpocket has the cheapest 10 gigabyte plan that I've seen, so I haven't bothered switching. I would absolutely switch if I ever decided I needed more data, but it's hard to argue with 22.71 a month per line for a family plan with no contracts or obligations.
