Can someone confirm whether they are sending AT&T or T-Mobile-based SIMs?

Boost Mobile uses AT&T towers.

They use AT&T, T-Mobile, or their parent's new network, Dish - depending on the SIM card you end up with.

I'm trying to figure out what SIM they're sending via this sales channel.

I ordered an eSIM from Boost Infinite (not Boost Mobile) last month because I needed AT&T coverage but it was provisioned on the T-Mobile network. Called CS and had them cancel and re-provision and again T-Mobile. The physical SIM they sent was also T-Mobile. Had my case escalated and they told me that the network they provision on is based on the zip code of your home address. They cannot override it. Strange because T-Mobile coverage in my area is trash.

You are assuming that they are assigning the SIM carrier based on the best available coverage for the zip code. Boost and Dish in general are sinking and are expected to file for bankruptcy in the next year or two, they are short on cash and selling some of their company assets so expect the worst service from them for your money and not vice versa

Does Boost Infinite give credits for spinning the wheel and watching ads, like the normal Boost app?

That's incorrect.

Customers are presently being provisioned to either AT&T or T-Mobile.

Infinite is not compatible with the Boost One app - only Boost Mobile is.

QCI 9 as boost mobile, infinite is a bad deal, boost mobile is cheaper after boost coin discount.

Infinite allows for device financing - $50/mo for a plan that includes an iPhone 14 is pretty good.
