This brand fell off when they went widespread, and their glass bottles were so much nicer & better for the earth

Acidic water in plastic, not a good idea. Where is this water from exactly? What is the quality of the water?...What's the pH? Spring water doesn't have Much minerals like mineral water?

Saratoga NY. Springs there used to be a draw for the wealthy around turn of the century (20th) like other springs/spas in the world (Baden Baden, etc).

Saratoga is my hometown and I live 15mins away. The glass bottles are available locally.
Glass is heavier and costs more (more diesel used) to transport. So it's not as simple as glass good plastic bad.

Man I was just in Italy and was able to get 1.5L bottles of sparkling mineral water for 0.30€ (around 0.35 USD). I want those prices here so badly.
