This is a regular problem that model has. I hate the entire lg now.
If you just want a UW monitor for WFH purposes or for eye sight issues....this is PERFECT. It does what it needs to do.
My biggest gripe outside of the monitor though is the actual power cord. It's wonky and not "standard" as any other monitor. I hate when companies buck trends for no reason. Reminds me of when Xbox had a gaudy large external power brick up until their XSX/XSS lineup.

I have a pair of these flanking a vertical 27" 2560x1440 IPS monitor in vertical orientation and they look great! I never use them for gaming, so I can't speak to ghosting issues for stuff like that, but it's great for the office/development/architectural stuff I use them for.

I sold it second hand for a pittance with the 1 disabled port. I honestly like most Dell monitors and had very few issues over the years. Their support is more robust, as well. Though it still sucks, it's a level up from LG.
