You add the membership to your cart at Costco.com, and add the promo code you get from Entrepreneur.com, and the $60 total goes down to zero, and I completed the purchase at costco.com
Only thing is, nowhere on the Costco site mentions the $30 digital shop card. But I got screenshots of the Entrepreneur site where it mentions it many times, like here [entrepreneur.com]:

They check the photo while in self-checkout. I bet your member's photo would not match the spouse's face :-). Hope they dont block the card
