EDIT/UPDATE: Ordered two. Unpacked one and put it together in about an hour or so. It is a decent couch for the money. One thing that bothers me, as mentioned by others, is the back pillows. They aren't packed enough from the get-go. I will be returning the second couch, as I don't want it. Will get two accent chairs for that money instead. Would I recommend it? For $390, maybe to a yes. For $800, no. Would rather get a couch from Costco for $1000 or a sectional for $1200.

Not sure if I'd have the same issue with this sofa but if so, does anyone have any suggestions on a dog-proof sofa? Lol. I just need to find one where the back cushions can't be removed so she's forced to lay on the seat cushions instead.

Anyone know a 2 seater that will match at least?

Yeah it's gross. But it's $400; really really hard to find sofa at that price. The only other comparable deal is the sofas from Amazon that go only sale every couple months (which I would venture are slightly better).
1.8 foam will last an average family at least a couple years. Unless you're extra fat or sit on the sofa for 8 hours a day it will probably last 3-4 years
