With these, don't forget the soft-costs vis-a-vis storage, cleanup, and water rotation.
These type of custom inflatables, the water is impossible to treat because you cannot calculate the volume accurately (resulting in too much or too little treatment, both of which can irritate skin). Therefore, expect to entirely empty it every three days at absolute most (the CDC has information on this).
After you take it down for the season, you'll need to empty it, hose it down, then let it dry for several days, then hand clean it off grass (e.g. concrete driveway/patio) with something like antibacterial wipes or spray + rag. Then let that dry too (one day). It is a ton of work, but then you don't have it grow nasties during storage.
You also have to remember that it is utterly impossible to ever roll up as small as when it arrives, so plan for at least 4x more space than that.
With hindsight, the one I purchased did everything the manufacturer claimed, and I've owned it for three seasons. But even then, I wouldn't buy it again. The water rotation is a huge PITA, if I could do it over I'd get a splash pad, slip & slide, or hose sprikler toy. No sitting water if you use a leaf blower and little to inflate/deflate.
If you want a pool, stick to shapes trivial to calculate water volume (round or square/rectangle).
