Based a a brief search it seems like this is more for oily skins. The hydrating version is from dry to normal skins and it's not on sale.

Great deal if it fits your skins type though.

My skin is oily unfortunately but fortunately this is an amazing deal. Got it for around $1.75 since I had $5 in Amazon credit.

I've used both this and the hydrating facial cleanser and I prefer this one, as I have oily skin. In for 2!
