Out of curiosity I checked their feedback, and it isn't bad. No negative reports for this item, and negative feedback looks to be mainly for refurb wireless earbuds.
I prefer to buy from sellers I know but you could certainly do much worse than this one. Probably just fine, if this is the product you want (I have no comment on that).
