One of the earlier posters gave two stores in the DC area that had them. Best Buy Gaithersburg and Waldorf. I called (from California) and asked them to place a warehouse order for me. They sent me a pay by link via text and I completed the transaction online. Call a store, wait for it to ask you for an extension, then dial 2180 (lost prevention or manager's number). Do not spam them, and be nice and cordial. If you aren't, don't expect them to be helpful at all. They are doing you a favor so don't be entitled. If it doesn't work hang up and call a different store. Person I called was VERY helpful and even got me over to a senior level best buy consultant. I'm not gonna drop names or phone numbers cus I don't want them to get barraged with calls.
Warehouse has none of these in California. So it's relying on store inventory to transfer from. I was still able to order 2 via process detailed above. If you go on the Bestbuy website, and it is DELIVERABLE to your zip code, there are still some in the area. If you can see stores within 250 miles with you with the TV in stock, then you can potentially have it delivered to you. Since there are likely none in the warehouse, they will attempt to pull the TVs from nearby physical stores to then deliver to your address. Several stores in MD (could have some in other locations as others have mentioned Texas and Florida) have physical pieces in stock at the price listed by OP. This is a legit deal, and not fake IF you can find it. YMMV but for the quality of TV you are getting at the price this is unbeatable. |
Update: Sales consultant is being told it's a glitch and he cannot help anymore.

Edit: Here's a link to the POS screen if anyone is curious. The screen shows that the discount is $690. Takes $690 off the original MSRP. So my guess is it's a glitch happening someone for a lucky few

I had them price match a phone(S22 ultra) one day via customer service - inside the store couldn't do it. The price difference was too large, and the computers in the store wouldn't allow it. I went out into the parking lot and called best buy customer service and they did - they gave me the matched price but -- they had to go back to a previous thing I bought months prior to to give the difference for me from. They will help or have me. In the ways they can.
