I believe that I was able to get the ultra strong at Costco on sale for about $22, which works out to be $00333 per sheet, but since it's wider, it's actually cheaper per square feet at $0.0267.
So it's a win per sheet prices, but you give up a little in sheet size. If you don't think that extra half inch is a big deal, then yeah, I think it's a decent price!
$25 for 18 ct is a decent deal, $22 or below is an auto-buy for our family, so this is a good buy.

You could donate plasma and make 300-400 a month or easily 15,000 in 5 years.
Or you could not buy coffee, tea, beer, energy drinks, or soda from cvs, restaurants, or non grocery stores and save 1000 a year or 5000 in 5 years.
Unfortunately I have a paper towel habit that I can't kick, but I pay for it other ways.

A heads-up for anyone who hasn't used these very large rolls before. These rolls don't fit in all toilet paper holders. Because of the rolls larger diameter it touches the wall and doesn't spin freely until after you use some.
