Have someone else signup (spouse, significant other) and put them as primary and yourself as secondary (domestic) and it will work. As long as the primary hasn't had a membership recently.

Did this come on it own just after buying the Groupon
Or did it come after going into the store to get a physical card?
We bought on Groupon on Wednesday
Got the email from Costco
But didn't go into the store to activate and get a card until late Thursday (last night)
Still nothing in the email or spam yet
Starting to get nervous as well... and annoyed, as I've already made a couple purchases and would've liked to have used the shop card at the very least.
I've activated & verified my account, haven't gone in-store yet.
Constantly checking my spam folder...
Any thoughts? I find the time-gap to be strange to begin with, and I don't even know who to contact to remedy this. (I really hate dealing with customer service though lol so...)

The GC comes from Costco Digital Shop Card <[email protected]>
And the promo card comes from:
Mail_test_B2C <[email protected]>
So check the emails.
For me they both came within 10 mins of each other. My membership was opened on 7/31 and got both cards on 8/2 at 5:00PM.
Also I have not gone to the store yet to get a physical card or purchased anything online.

EDIT: Wow nevermind, I only got the promo codes. This is so annoying! Waiting on the shopping card still...

That's wrong info, you have 30 days from when you signed up to upgrade to Executive and Apply for the Citi Visa and be approved for the Costco Citi Visa. Then you'll get an additional $50 shop card.
