The listing says the unit is washable, but it's not waterproof or shower safe. You can't press the button without getting water inside the body of the shaver.
This older model that's on sale really shouldn't be anywhere near water. You can rinse the attachments separately, but you need to dry them off completely and lubricate them immediately after. Otherwise, those screws on some of the attachments will rust out and the grease they put in the mechanism that the shaver drives will disintegrate.
That grease is important, so you don't have metal grinding against plastic. Without it, the attachments will start to get loud, not cut as efficiently, and then eventually break.
