My local Costco has the Tramontina 12-piece Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Cookware Set on sale for $159.99 in store. This is the first time I have seen this set on sale in years. Not sure if regional or nationwide. YMMV

Good brand. But it seems pricey compared to some of their other stuff.
I got this set from Costco because of all the hype. Maybe I got a bad set but they all rusted their first wash before I even cooked with them. Took them back after that. Quite a few reviews say they rust very easy.

Dang, really??? That's surprising, my experience with their tri-ply stainless has been that it's top notch honestly. Did it say anywhere where they manufactured it? I'm wondering if they don't actually manufacture this set in the same plant they do the rest of it

The 8 piece set from Amazon was a FP deal at the same price. The set from Costco is the exact same, also made in Brazil.

Had this is my cart for weeks, maybe months, waiting for a discount, decided to pop by my Costco on the way from work and found the last one for this price! Thanks!

Can't see the dates on the pic. Does it say when it ends?

I have 2 pans from Tramontina and they have been great!

Made in Brazil by a company that has been making kitchen ware for a long time.

I have a set of steak knives that are 20 years old they they are still great.

To counter the negative anecdote, I've had this same set for a year and a half and they've been great. Even heating, no rust and no warping, and I don't exactly baby them (they get thrown in the dishwasher with everything else). Easy recommendation at this price.

Tramontina makes the tri-ply cookware set for Sam's Club brand Member's Mark. I've snagged their tri-ply 12 or 14 pc set in the past on clearance for 80ish$ and they've been very good. Great for the price. They're on the thinner side as compared to my Cuisinart multi clad pro set. But overall for the price of a throwaway no-name nonstick set from Macy's, those pieces have been solid and will last me 20 years, if not more. There is no rusting at all. 1 thumbs up for Tramontina brand and their tri ply stainless steel cookware.

I was excited for this set…. Have owned an 8 piece tri-ply tramontina set from 13'. I can't complain, they have been great, solid hefty stainless. However, I was in Costco a couple of days ago and checked these out, they feel like hollow clad lightweight inferior pieces. Anyone have experience with these and some older pieces?

I have this set from Costco.. been solid

Barkeepers friend keeps them shiny

Not sure about rust, not doubting the fella claiming so, but no rust in the 3 years I've had it so not sure

Recommend the set, might be the same price I paid maybe I got for a little less..

I bought since new stove is induction, which I also recommend getting
