I bought two of these from Amazon. Now I see they're also cheap at Newegg and Micro Center.

Are they overstocked? Obsolete? They perform fabulously on my computers.

Overstocked because there are 0 reasons to get this over a 5600/X, 5600x3d, 5700x/5800x3d if paired with a dGPU.

Got it. I bought it because I was building servers that don't need a GPU and I saved lots of money not having to buy a GPU, big power supply, and a fancy heat sink like I had to do with the Ryzen 5700X I also built.

Funny, though, that 5700X was also priced at fire-sale prices. Is AMD blowing out AM4 CPUs now?
