When will I receive my $5 MyPanera Reward?

If I recall. Maybe I had to ask for everything like a child. Some stores hide condiments in case poor people come in to take them
Panera coffee can be good as well, but I always use cream and sugar, so YMMV. Black may turn some off.
I am okay with a splash of the Hazelnut coffee in my Panera Dark Roast coffee.
Parent of Panera owns Peets coffee and Caribou coffee, so go figure that people don't like it. I would imagine it is an economy of scale where they use one or both of the other two's product.
