The protein ones are probably my fav. Most just disintegrate into crumbs the second you take a bite, definitely something to avoid while snacking in bed for example, or in your car, or wearing a new shirt, etc etc.

"Nature" Valley products taste good but they're packed with added sugars and GMOs. I still buy them sometimes but these are closer to candy bars than healthy food.
