I have a number of these as well.
Since they are BT BLE, they just broadcast their readings out every minute or so.

Mainly turn the heat up higher. Incandescent light bulbs in the water Bay and under the holding tanks. Pour RV antifreeze down the toilet in small quantities so no poopsicles block it up.Make sure all the low point drains are insulated wrap them both together then the hot water will keep the cold water drains warm. Turn on the hot water tank and periodically run hot water into the black and gray water tanks. You can warm the cubbies with a small fan will suck the heat into the areas that are hard to keep warm.

I have this exact setup. 8 govee ble sensors at this point in a 4100sq ft house. the HA box is in one corner basement and i can reliably read the far corner of the house (open sensor). I can also read inside a nearby metal fridge and metal freezer. Have to say, compared to other systems this is ridiculously cheap and effective. You can do alerts and automations easily within HA, along with graphing of course. The only downside to the 5075 is its a little large for areas where you don't want a display (like a bathroom where you'd rather not make it so obvious you're monitoring). I like the smaller 5074 for that.

I have an infrared sauna now but my old house had a traditional one and based on the heat and amount of steam that was produced I suspect you will kill these inside, I would not risk it with that much heat and moisture.

Yeah i got a recent pack of 3 and they were all within a tenth of a degree once i powered them up and they closely matched another brand of sensor with display i have. Theres a calibration setting, but for basic comfort monitoring they are plenty accurate.

can anyone explain the HA integration? do we need a home assistant box to read BLE signal and then be able to monitor them on wifi? what type if hardware would be required? thanks!

I bought them previously, not very happy---the unit display itself is nice but the app connectivity is very slow, if you check your app like after a few days, it will take a good 60-90 seconds (!!) before it shows the current temperature.

The device just broadcasts data over bluetooth. You need something to read this data. Traditionally you would use the govee app + your phone (or tablet) to read this data. That's how the majority will use this and if this is enough for you, you should just use it as is.

But if you require more, and you have home assistant, you can configure HA to read the data that's being broadcasted over bluetooth and do whatever you want with it (i.e make it accessible from anywhere you have an internet connection)

For this to work you obviously need home assistant set up on some kinda server. This server also needs a bluetooth adapter or some way to communicate with some kind of compatible bluetooth hub so that the adapter (or hub) can read the bluetooth data that's being broadcasted into home assistant.
