This thing is a beast and I'm pretty sure the previous SDs for this were all @ $159 also when I bought it. This is the "good" price, for now at least.
Just beware the size and weight, those are the only "negatives".
The automatic mode is nice so that you don't accidentally zip lugnuts across the driveway into oblivion.

I've been watching this for a while but I guess I misssd those deals. Bare tool is up to 219 now so I thought this was a steal with the battery.
Edit: looks like this exact deal happens time to time, not sure how I missed it. Glad to get it now.

This could be had for $79 for the bare tool during ryobi days if you returned the batteries. Last week it was at $90 with battery return and is now at $109 for the bare tool (if you return the starter kit). Waiting for it to go down to $80 again as I don't need the batteries

This is a very good impact. I got the tool for under $100 a little while back. This price isn't too bad either for this kit.
What deal was that?
Because I believe most people are thinking of the Ryobi P262, which has been hackable for $100 (or slightly less) on multiple occasions.
But that's a very different impact vs this one. I have both. They are not similar except that they're both billed as 4-mode 1/2" impact wrenches, which makes SD searching a little dicey unless you pay close attention.

Plus I added the TTC YouTube link, which people usually enjoy seeing before they take the plunge.

It's rather large, but it zips things off that my other cordless impact absolutely cannot.

Like previously posted, this is huge and heavy when equipped with a larger battery. So far it has had more power than I've needed.
If you need the battery this seems like a good deal.
