Honestly I love these. They're very filling and at 200 calories they provide a good amount of sustenance as a snack while still allowing my fat self to lose weight.

Ordered these last time they dropped. Wasn't great, wasn't bad. I will not be buying them again but they did good for me as a pre workout food to get something in my stomach first thing in the morning. Kept me feeling good past my workout. They are hard to chew. Taste was ok.

natural flavors is in pretty much every food, honestly. kinda hard to get away from if you're looking for anything processed. I think Lara bars might be the only ones that don't use natural flavors. Rxbars aren't that bad compared to the rest of the other bars

How are these flavors? I typically get Chocolate Sea Salt, which I find gives me the right mix of sweet and salt when doing physical activities.
