Set up and receive at least 2 qualifying direct deposits each of $250 or more to your 360 Checking account within 75 days of account opening. A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a regular periodic payment, such as salary, pension, government payments (for example, Social Security), or other monthly income that occurs as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Real-Time Payment network credit from your employer or an outside institution. When will I get my bonus?

I love Capital One bank. No fees whatsoever, they even allow overdraft without fees and you get your paycheck two days earlier.

the link they said they got the info from is broken but I saw a couple other comments doing a quick google search that suggest the same thing. If you want to know for sure I'd contact their CS.
It works. Wife and I did this with the $400 offer. We actually ended up keeping the accounts as they are a pretty convenient bank to deal with.
