When will I get my bonus?

The terms and conditions are wrong then since I am secondary account holder from 2020. And when I try open new account with this bonus, it says I am ineligible.
I'll cut it down: "If you have or had an open checking account as a primary or secondary account holder with Capital One on or after January 1, 2021 then you're ineligible"
You should have closed it by 12/31/2020 to be eligible now -- if you close it now in 2023 then you'll be eligible in a few yrs for next bonus (once the cut off reaches 1/1/2024 since CapOne goes by calendar year)
