Quite the opposite for me. First shipment got lost by FedEx, they told me they sent another, and to wait 48 hours for a tracking number. Every 3 days I'd ask for that number, for over 2 weeks. No response. Filed a credit card chargeback.

For me they reply within one day through chat. I don't think they have any phone number.
