The instructions are a little wonky. Adding an item to your cart then purchasing another item using S&S doesn't combine them in a single purchase, so you're unable to meet the $80 requirement this way. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but that has never been the way S&S purchases worked in my experience.

In summary please follow these 3 steps:
