Thanks for the clarification! The impression is that it's strictly a combination of those specific two items. Perhaps it should've been described differently (as you did).

They've been putting PFOAs in the toilet paper for sometime to make them soft.

These TP have smaller width than Costco brand. They are not as soft as Costco brand.

This is a good deal compared to Costco TP even when it's on sale and even if not getting the foil. I calculated for difference in number of TP sheets and width.

I got 4 of the toilet paper. And these Sponges

Scotch-Brite Scrub Sponge, Non-scratch, 9-Count https://a.co/d/1XFRmmZ

Then they offered me $3 no rush credit on the Sponges.

Article I found says there are brands out there without pfas added. Cloud paper, emerald tree farm, repurpose. There's probably a lot more. Another reason to get a $25 a day from Amazon or here of course. They install in a few minutes. When installing, make the water connectors snug and if it drips make it a little snugger. You don't want to crank things down when it comes to shower head connectors and bidet connectors.
