We own 5 electric bikes, one of them is the Gotrax R7, obviously not the same model as the D1RT but I'm speaking to the quality of the company. Honestly it's my favorite of all the bikes we own. It's well built, it's been reliable. No issues except having to adjust the calipers for positioning. It's got about 300 miles on it so far and still working great.

Don't expect to take this on trails. It's a Class 2 electric moped, has no size info, and can't ship to California. And it's only $599 through the manufacturer's website.

You failed to mention that shipping is NOT FREE on their website and comes out far more for most people.

This is a class 2 e-bike (max speed 20mph, <750w) which has no restriction on age or special requirements on usage compared to a manual bicycle. And Walmart's site didn't throw any errors when I said ship to San Francisco, CA.
